4. What are the next steps after the discovery call? Book a consultation, Ivyleaf team provides proposal & design presentation, Client approves proposal and contract, sourcing & purchasing and finally, install! Easy-peasy
5. Are appointments refundable? There are no fees for the discovery call. However, the consultation fees are non-refundable as it is applied as a security deposit towards any other service.
